If you order before 4 p.m. on a business day and the product is marked “In Stock,” we will pack your order the same day. Once we pack your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us that allows you to track your order. The carrier aims to deliver the order to your home the next business day.
We always follow the legal warranty terms. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. A product should not have defects, which are not to be expected during its expected lifetime under normal use. If the product does not meet your expectations, we will repair it free of charge or, in consultation with you, supply a replacement product.

Was the package you ordered not delivered to your home or to the collection point? Please notify us of the defect as soon as possible after discovery. We will then initiate an investigation with PostNL and make sure your package is still delivered.
Scanner Angel is a unique database of the microchips of lost or stolen animals that is downloaded to the Halo scanner and updated each time the Halo is connected to a laptop or PC.
Before using the Halo scanner for the first time, it is important to fully charge it for 3½ hours. This ensures that the battery is fully charged and ready for use.
The Halo scanner automatically turns off after 50 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery power.
The standby time of the Halo scanner is about 2 months or 800 scans.
The Halo scanner comes with a 1.8-meter USB cable and a quick start guide.
