At Haloscanner.co.uk you can safely and easily order your Haloscanner. Can’t find something or have questions? Let us know. We are happy to help.
Your account
In your account, you enter your name, address, e-mail address and payment information, among other things. Access to your account is secured with a password you choose.
Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one here.
Change data
You can change your information (including address and password) yourself in your account.
To cancel an order
To cancel your order you may contact our customer service department. We are happy to help you here. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We advise you to call in this case, because if your order is already in the processing, it cannot be cancelled. If your package is not yet on its way, you can easily cancel the order. Should the package already be in transit, you may return it upon receipt (at your own expense).
Payment options
You can pay by Ideal, Paypal, Credit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Pre-transfer via bank transfer is also possible.
Delivery time
If you order before 4 p.m. on a business day and the product is marked “In Stock,” we will pack your order the same day. Once we pack your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us that allows you to track your order. PostNL aims to deliver the order to your home the next day.
Warranty period
We always follow the legal warranty terms. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. A product should not have defects, which are not to be expected during its expected lifetime under normal use. If the product does not meet your expectations, we will repair it free of charge or, in consultation with you, supply a replacement product.
Shipping Method
Orders
Your order will be delivered to your home by PostNL. Once the order is shipped by us, you will receive by email the code that allows you to track your order at

.
Pack Convenience
You can also choose to have your order delivered to 1 of the PostNL Pakje Gemak collection points. You can easily specify where you want this delivered while ordering.
Not at home on delivery
Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, the order will be delivered to your neighbors or a pickup point nearby by PostNL.

Package not received?
Was the package you ordered not delivered to your home or to the collection point? Please notify us of the defect as soon as possible after discovery. We will then initiate an investigation with PostNL and make sure your package is still delivered.
